Plexo Product License Agreement

1. Overview

All website templates and digital products sold on Plexo are protected by copyright and licensed on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis. By purchasing, downloading, or accessing a template, you agree to the terms outlined in this license agreement.

2. What You Can Do ✅

• Use templates for unlimited personal projects or websites.
• Use a template in one commercial project (e.g., a website for a client or business), provided the template is not resold or redistributed.
• Customize, modify, or combine the template with other assets for your own or a client’s use.
• Incorporate AI-enhanced elements from Plexo into your projects, assuming full responsibility for usage.

3. What You Cannot Do ❌

• Do not resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute templates in original or modified form.
• Do not upload templates to marketplaces, AI generators, or create derivative products for resale.
• Do not claim authorship or sole ownership of Plexo designs or assets.
• Do not use templates for on-demand platforms or SaaS-style reselling.

4. AI & Third-Party Content

Some templates may contain AI-generated text, images, or code. While we aim to ensure originality, Plexo does not guarantee ownership or compliance of third-party or AI-generated content. You are responsible for verifying usage rights for your project.

5. License Scope

This license grants usage rights to a single end user (you). It may not be transferred, assigned, or sublicensed. For each unique client or commercial use, a new license must be purchased.

6. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are only issued if required by law or in cases of confirmed technical error. Please reach out for support before submitting a refund request.
